Improved Counterspell Improved Counterspell adds a 50% chance per rank (2 ranks) to add a 4 second silence to Counterspell, whether a spell was interrupted or not. This talent is considered to only be used in PvP situations. Obtain Improved Counterspell if… o You PvP regularly. This talent is extremely useful in PvP as it gives the ability to lock a caster down for a full four seconds even if you don’t successfully hit a spell with Counterspell. Highly useful. Arcane Meditation Arcane meditation is a talen that allows for a small percentage (5% per rank, 3 ranks) of mana to continue to regenerate while casting. We all know patch 2.4 is going to center around a new zone in Azeroth, the Isle of Quel'Danas. But did you know there was a new Outlands area as well? I didn't either, until we got a tip from loyal reader Austin. This new area is called Razorthorn Rise, and apparently sits between Hellfire Peninsula and Terokkar Forest, just above Razorthorn Shelf. The tip says it's full of level 70 ravagers and flayers, and speculates that the ravagers would make good Hunter pets. I wasn't able to turn up any more information about this area, aside from one new daily quest that mentions it, where a Shattered Sun Offensive NPC sends you to the area to collect five "Razorthorn Roots." Sounds like a ground pick-up. The quest is filed under Terokkar Forest, so I'd guess that's where Razorthorn Rise officially resides.I know nothing but in any zone woW gold is important ,if you have enough woW gold,you can do whataver you want. Does anyone know anything else about this zone?
